DFT Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DFT Engineer to join our network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving design, execution, verification, or alignment within key technical domains to deliver successful deliverables and high-calibre team outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complete DFT architecture implementation including scan compression, MBIST, and JTAG.
• Generate, validate, and optimize high-coverage ATPG patterns for manufacturing test.
• Drive diagnostic analysis to resolve complex test coverage bottlenecks and silicon failures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mastery of industry-standard tools (Tessent, Synopsys DFTMAX).
• Proven capabilities closing timing on complex DFT logic paths.
• Experience delivering multi-million gate SOCs to production.
