In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, connect with top talent across multiple channels, and support hiring across exciting industry domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sourcing and screening skills
- Experience with job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
