MEMORY DESIGN ENGINEER

Role Overview

We are looking for a Memory Design Engineer to drive memory design activities across SRAM, DRAM, and memory compiler based architectures, working closely with characterization, layout, and verification teams through the full design cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive memory design activities across SRAM, DRAM, or memory compiler based architectures
• Apply strong CMOS fundamentals to circuit design and optimization
• Perform hands-on circuit design and simulation for memory blocks
• Work across EDA tools and verification flows to validate designs
• Debug design issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Partner with characterization, layout, and verification teams through the design cycle

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in memory design
• Strong understanding of CMOS fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in circuit design and simulation
• Exposure to EDA tools and verification flows
• Good debugging and analytical skills
