Role Overview
Seeking dedicated Operator Engineer Trainees (OET) for 50+ openings to operate and monitor production machinery, support daily manufacturing activities, and adhere to strict quality and safety standards in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Support daily manufacturing and production activities
- Monitor production output and maintain quality standards
- Identify and report machine or production-related issues
- Maintain records and production-related documentation
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace
Key Skills & Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, etc.)
- 1–3 years of overall work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company
- Good understanding of manufacturing/production processes
- Ability to understand and communicate in Tamil
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Age between 22 and 26 years
