About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through field visits and site interactions
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable offerings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and support the sales closure process
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads

Requirements

• Tamil language proficiency (Mandatory)
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Good customer handling and communication skills
• Freshers welcome; no prior experience required
• Preferred: Real estate sales exposure will be an added advantage
