Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead field sales operations, mentor junior team members, and drive revenue growth in Kelambakkam. This role requires strong customer handling capabilities and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field sales operations to achieve revenue targets
• Mentor and guide Sales Executives and Sales Managers within the team
• Handle high-value customer negotiations and deal closures
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and referral sources
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
• Coordinate with management on performance reporting and forecasting

Requirements

• 2–3 years of field sales experience, with prior team handling exposure preferred
• Tamil language proficiency (Mandatory)
• Strong customer handling, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Preferred: Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage
