SERVICENOW ITOM SERVICE MAPPING & INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping & Integration Specialist to build and maintain accurate service maps and drive integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise infrastructure and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping to build accurate application and infrastructure service maps
• Configure and manage Discovery schedules, MID Servers, and credential-based discovery patterns
• Build and maintain horizontal and vertical service map patterns for critical business services
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure tools via APIs and IntegrationHub
• Troubleshoot discovery, mapping, and CMDB data quality issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and CMDB teams to keep service maps accurate and current
• Support event management and orchestration workflows within the ITOM suite
• Document configurations, mapping patterns, and integration workflows

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and discovery patterns
• Working knowledge of the CMDB data model and CI relationships
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and IntegrationHub
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• ServiceNow certification (CIS-ITOM or equivalent) is a plus
