Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Standard Cell Characterization Engineer to join our network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving design, execution, verification, or alignment within key technical domains to deliver successful deliverables and high-calibre team outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and validate Liberty models (.lib) for foundation standard cell libraries.
  • Run SPICE simulations to characterize timing, power, noise, and aging parameters.
  • Develop automated scripts to validate library consistency across target process nodes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Expertise utilizing automated library characterization tools (Liberate, SiliconSmart).
  • Understanding of process design kits (PDKs) and modeling types.
